  The room is now dark and freezing. Ice covers the walls and floor, with icicles hanging from the ceiling. The portal keeps blasting frigid wind. Pepper is bundled up in a thick scarf, gloves, and a coat, studying a heavy grimoire on her lap. She looks annoyed. Carrot's giving her a cold stare while wrapped in a blanket, clearly not happy. A dozen penguins are scattered around, curious, and reading over her shoulder, helping with grimoires.
